Demi is the creative identity and public-facing persona of Cesar Phillips, founder and owner of Demi Sainte™, a creative collective centered around showcasing and highlighting global artistic talents, with a focus on POC, Queer, and Neurodiverse artists and allies.

Our collective of specialists combines creative direction, storytelling, travel, community building, and brand strategy to explore new ways artists, creators, and small businesses can collaborate, grow, and create sustainable opportunities together.

With more than 20 years of combined experience leading creative initiatives across healthcare, medical technology, and entrepreneurial ventures, Demi Sainte brings a unique blend of leadership, creative execution, and community-focused vision to every project.

Ultra Skin Solutions Campaign Debut

As a part of Cynosure Lutronic's 2024 national sales meeting, we were tasked with creating a new way for the sales team to pitch a combination laser package; laser skin resurfacing device Ultra with their selection of RF Microneedling device. Here is the result:

Miranda is an accomplished creative director with a background spanning some of the most recognized brands in medical aesthetics and healthcare marketing. Known for her ability to transform complex ideas into compelling visual experiences, she specializes in brand systems, campaign development, visual storytelling, and creative leadership that elevate both audience engagement and business impact.

DIGITAL ARTIST

Born in Mexico and residing in Chicago, Axel/SYNEHSTUR, is a QPOC experimental digital artist and painter who blends themes such as religious trauma and queer identity through a lens of calculated distortion and raw emotion, and creates pieces that inhabit the unstable space between the organic and the artificial. Through layered textures, spectral imagery, and dreamlike atmospheres, their work invites people to question what is real, what is imagined, and what it means to be human.

Sean brings more than a decade of experience in customer service, team leadership, and operations management. As Director of Operations, he oversees project coordination, workflow management, and traffic control across the collective, ensuring deliverables stay on schedule and teams remain aligned. His ability to balance organization, communication, and problem-solving helps transform creative ideas into successful, well-executed projects.
